Kerala is known as “Gods own country”. Sun blanched White seashores; endless beaches; relentless blue waves; mostly calm and sometimes overexciting, shouting and vanishing among white splashes. Green groves of coconuts trap the beaches. Lots of rivers and countless rivulets flowing through hills and paddy fields of the midland, emptying themselves into the backwaters. Kerala has historical and cultural monuments, lush hill stations, exotic wildlife, Ayurvedic health holidays, exotic cuisine and magical festivals. A hundred percent literate people and world class health care systems, India’s lowest infant mortality and highest physical quality of life in India. The state of Kerala is divided into fourteen districts.
