Day 1 – Delhi – Baghdogra – Gangtok Departure from Delhi to Gangtok via Baghdogra. Overnight will be at Gangtok. Day 2 – Gangtok Sightseeing at Gangtok. Overnight will be at Gangtok. The capital of Sikkim, Gangtok is a popular hill station destination in the East. This small town, lies atop a ridge, at an altitude of 5,800 ft, amidst a Himalayan setting, with the world's third tallest peak Kanchen junga at its east, and overlooking the river Ranikhola. Day 3 – Gangtok Sightseeing at Gangtok. Overnight will be at Gangtok. Day 4 – Gangtok – Darjeeling Departure to Darjeeling. Overnight will be at Darjeeling. Day 5 – Darjeeling Sightseeing at Darjeeling. Overnight will be at Darjeeling. Darjeeling is popularly known as the "Queen of the Hills" and produces the famous Darjeeling Tea, one of the world's finest teas. It is also home to the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, a World Heritage Site. Darjeeling with its natural beauty provides a wide variety of activities from leisurely scenic walks to more grueling activities such as trekking and river rafting for the adventurous ones. Day 6 – Darjeeling Sightseeing at Darjeeling. Overnight will be at Darjeeling. Day 7 – Darjeeling - Baghdogra – Home Departure to home via Baghdogra. |
